Choose who gets notified for each combination of Tier and Severity. Leave unchecked for no notification.

In the student profile, click "+ Add Incident" in the appropriate tier section.
Use the preset buttons to quickly log common behaviours.
Click the Bell icon to see alerts and pending follow-ups.

A: The tier may be locked. Complete the previous tier's point requirement first.
A: Low severity ā HRT only | Medium ā HRT + SAC | High ā HRT + SAC + SLT
A: Yes! Click the "Edit" button next to any incident in the student profile.
A: BIP (Behavior Intervention Plan) is for Tier 2. BSP (Behavior Support Plan) is for Tier 3.
A: Go to Settings ā Data Management ā Export Options.
